We make things simple
All of our rooms come fully furnished to a modern standard.Bills are a set price per week that includes Council Tax, water rates, electricity, gas and a communal TV license.
You can pay your rent monthly, fortnightly or on a weekly basis. If you don’t have a UK bank account, then you can pay us in cash at any HSBC Bank throughout the UK.
Less up front costs
Most landlords require 6 weeks deposit plus your first month's rent up front. At London Living Homes we realise that this can be crippling to a new arrival. This is why we only ask for a minimum deposit and only 1 week's rent in advance.
Personalised Service
When you are planning to stay in London only for a few months it makes no sense to sign a 12 month contract only to find replacement tenants when you leave or to pay a high premium for short term tenancy rates. We cater for short-term tenancies from 3 months onwards at long-term tenancy rates.
