London Living Homes is exclusively focused on the rental market. We know the hassles in finding the right accommodation and quite often, the high costs and risks involved with setting up a new tenancy whether through an agency or private landlord. Our aim is to make finding a new home an enjoyable and cost effective experience and to take away the stress in setting up a new home.
Here’s how we do it:
Accommodation is charged per room at competitive rates within shared accommodation.
At London Living Homes our team is dedicated to finding the best possible room for your individual needs. We have a team focused exclusively on finding you the perfect room – tell us what you’re looking for and we will find you the best properties.
All of our rooms come fully furnished to a modern standard.
Bills are a set price per month which includes Council Tax, water, electricity, gas and a communal TV license.
You can pay your rent monthly or on a week by week basis. If you don’t have a UK bank account then you can pay us in cash or online using your credit or debit card.
Most landlords require 6 weeks deposit plus your first month’s rent up front. At London Living Homes we realise that this can be crippling to a new arrival which is why we only ask for ₤600.00 bond up front and only 1 week’s rent in advance.
When you are staying in London for a short period of time it makes no sense to sign a year long contract, we change our tenancy agreements to suit your particular needs.
We inspect properties at your convenience, after works or by appointment. If we can’t do it during the week, no problem, we’ll come on a Saturday.

› Bond refund within 72 hours of departure (providing there are no damages, missing items etc. caused by the tenant)
