Call, email, text, or even send smoke signals – all we need are your contact details and a convenient time to call you so we can have a quick chat about what you are looking for. Can't talk at work? No problem, we can call you after business hours or do everything via email.

Step 2 | The search begins

Now that we have a clear idea of what you are looking for we will email or call you with a list of options.

Step 3 | Let's go for a viewing!

Searching through photos of flats is good to start but nothing beats getting out there and seeing properties with you own eyes. One of the team can pick you up from Hammersmith station and take you on a drive to see some potential homes. Don't worry we won't take up all of your time – now we know what you want we will take you flats that specifically match your criteria.

Step 4 | Make an offer

There's no need to have apprehension about this stage – we will be with you every step of the way offering advice on the best course of action. We will talk to the landlord about your offer and any conditions you have with your tenancy – including start dates, furniture, tenancy length and any other requirements.

Step 5 | Just a little bit of red tape

Admittedly this is the boring bit – however having a contract in place protects your rights as a tenant by clearly setting out your obligations at the start of the tenancy. We will be on hand to talk through any legal jargon that might be a little confusing.

Step 6 | Rent and Deposit

Before you move in we need to take your first month's rent. A deposit, which is usually 6 weeks rent, will also be collected and registered as part of the TDPS (Tenancy Deposit Protection Scheme).

Step 7 | Welcome to your new home!

Come get your keys so you can move into your new home.
