Rental Guarantee Scheme with London Living Homes
How does it work?
The concept is simple - we as a company rent your property from you for a long period (minimum 12 months) - we then let out the rooms individually to our clients. During our tenancy all rental payments are guaranteed and regardless of whether the property is empty or not under our tenancy we will still pay the rent in full and on time.
Who will we deal with during the tenancy?
You will deal with a dedicated member of our staff for the duration of our agreement. Rental payments come directly from us to your bank account at the start of each month. If there is ever any emergencies or maintenance issues you will be contacted from one of our team who will arrange access for any contractors.
What's the catch?
There is none! Our service is a simple, cost effective solution for landlords. We have been successfully trading for over 3 years now so we know what we are doing.
